  Australian customers ordered 2 cyclones from our company.   The customer's requirements are as follows: 1) Voltage is 415V 3-phase 50Hz 2) With rotary valve (turn off fan) 3) Cyclone with glass window 4) Material: 304 stainless steel 5) 304 stainless steel sanitary clamp fittings for pipes (about 105mm or the nearest 4-inch standard pipe); quick-detachable flange for easy disassembly and cleaning; And other requirements.   After 15 working days of production, 2 customized cyclones are ready.It will be sent to Australia.   The function of cyclone: During the crushing process of Air Classifying Mill, Universal Grinder, etc., fine dust will be generated after the material is crushed. These dusts need to be separated to ensure the purity and quality of the product and prevent dust from polluting the environment. The cyclone separator uses the principle of centrifugal force to separate materials of different densities.   Specifically, when the crushed material and airflow enter the cyclone separator, a rotating airflow will be formed in the container. Since the dust particles are heavier than air, they will be affected by the centrifugal force and thrown to the inner wall of the container, and then slide along the wall to the collector below. The lighter airflow will go up and be discharged from the center of the separator.   In this way, the cyclone separator can effectively separate the dust from the airflow, thereby realizing the recovery and purification of the dust, ensuring the cleanliness and environmental protection of the production process.   In short, the cyclone separator plays a key collection and purification role in Ultra Fine Grinder, Universal Crusher and other pulverizers.   My French client wants to use a grinder to crush spice seeds.The French customer's power supply is 220V, using a European plug.   This is a customized LYCM-250 cryogenic mill for our customer in Netherlands, used to crush high-sugar foods. Powdered sugar, also called confectioners' sugar, or icing sugar, is a finely ground sugar produced by milling granulated sugar into a powdered state. Powdered or icing sugar can have varying textures and degrees of fineness. We have many customers that use our grinder machines to make different fineness sugar powder. For small business and sugar powder fineness about 40~120mesh, can use our F-20 sugar powder grinding machine. It is the smallest model of our sugar powder mill, capacity is about 120~150kg/hr.   Actually, this sugar powder ground by this sugar mill machine can reach 140mesh, but the percentage is very small.   If the powder fineness of sugar powder grind by universal crusher is acceptable, but need bigger capacity. We have bigger models for this single mill, and the F grinding set with cyclone and dust collector for customers choice.   Type 1: F series universal crusher (seaweed crusher) Our F seaweed crushing machine can crush dry and long seaweed into 10-120mm particles. Capacity: 30-3000kg/h. This time, we used rice as the raw material for the trial machine and compared the crushing effects using a universal crusher and an ultrafine crusher.
