This mill is composed of grinding host, cyclone separator, pulse dust collector, blower, electric control box, frame and pipes. After materials are sent to the milling chamber by screw, it will be sheared and crushed by the blade of high speed rotation. The powders will pass through the guide ring and enter the classifying chamber. Under the action of aerodynamic and centrifugal force, powders larger than the graded particle size will be thrown back to the milling chamber for further crushing. Powders smaller than the critical diameter will enter the cyclone separator and a small part of the super fine dust will enter the pulse dust collector.
