Mica flakes crush.
Today, we conducted a coarse crushing machine test for mica flakes for our Madagascar client and the results were quite satisfactory.
Customer requirements:
Model: WF-300 coarse crusher
Material: Mica flakes
Grinding fineness: about 7mm
We used this machine for testing, and in order to meet the customer's requirement for a 7mm discharge fineness, we installed a 10mm sieve for testing. After crushing, we performed a simple screening to remove the fine powder that did not meet the requirements.
The test results are as follows:
1.Output size is 0.5-7 mm
2.The rate of finished products is about 90%.
Fine powder cannot be avoided, about 10%.
3.Capacity:
Conservatively estimated WF-300 coarse crusher:~ 50-70kg/h;
Because Mica flakes have a light weight (bulk density), like dry leaves, so the crushers have low production capacity.
